Refund & Dispute Policy
Summary: Digital products are refundable within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Research partnerships are governed by individual statements of work. We want you to be satisfied — if you're not, reach out.
1. Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Frameworks)
All digital products sold through Embroaden — including The Prompt Palace Notion template, prompt libraries, evaluation toolkits, and diagnostic frameworks — are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund:
- Email ryan@embroaden.ai with your order details
- Include the email address used for purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
After the 7-day refund window, refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people — if something went genuinely wrong, we want to make it right.
2. Research Reports & Commissioned Work
Commissioned research reports (Cartography tier) follow this refund structure:
- Before work begins: Full refund available
- After work has begun but before delivery: Partial refund based on work completed, assessed on a case-by-case basis
- After delivery: Not eligible for refund, but one revision cycle is included
3. Bespoke Analysis Partnerships
Custom research partnerships (Forge tier) are governed by individual statements of work (SOW) that include specific payment terms, milestone structures, and cancellation clauses. Refund terms for partnerships are defined in the SOW signed by both parties prior to engagement.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a charge or product, please contact us directly at ryan@embroaden.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
Our dispute resolution process:
- Step 1: Contact us at ryan@embroaden.ai describing the issue
- Step 2: We will acknowledge your dispute within 1 business day
- Step 3: We will investigate and respond with a resolution within 3 business days
- Step 4: If a refund is warranted, it will be processed within 5–7 business days
5. Cancellation Policy
Embroaden currently does not offer subscription-based products. All digital products are one-time purchases. If we introduce subscription products in the future, this policy will be updated with specific cancellation terms.
For ongoing research partnerships, cancellation terms are defined in the individual statement of work.
6. Promotional Terms
Promotional pricing (such as "founding member" launch pricing) is available for a limited time as specified in the promotion. Once a promotion expires, products revert to their standard pricing. Products purchased at promotional pricing are subject to the same refund terms as products purchased at full price.
